Pinktober – a time to remember those who have lost their battle, cheer on the brave survivors and encourage all women to be proactive in self care for early detection of breast cancer – it does save lives.

A big vinaka vakalevu to all those who attended our morning tea, donated so generously, our speakers Millie Beryl Nasilasila who shared her story of a caregiver, Mrs Salote Qalo who shared her journey of a survivor.

We thank all our branches and warehouses who hosted morning teas to fundraise. A sterling effort indeed. Value City Ltd matched whatever was raised.

A total of $5,032.20 was raised collectively and a cheque for the same was presented to Fiji Cancer Society.

To Belinda Chan and her amazing team at the Fiji Cancer Society, thank you so very much for all that you do.
